  1. I have read Spartan Up, but definitely need to re-read it. It inspires me to make a lot of life changes, but I need to actually get my butt up and do it!! I'll probably order Spartan Fit, but want to get on track with normal workouts first.

  2. I HAVE ready Spartan Up and it was a real motivator. I'm so lazy. The big takeaway for me was that anyone can get off their butt and do something. You just need to do it.
